Like all of Eureka’s grinders, the Specialty 75 covers all of the basics with stepless adjustment, a large hopper, a digital display and two programmable doses. It also offers some features quite unique to their range. Due to the sound-insulated construction, it’s remarkably quiet, and it also includes a specially designed chute with anti-clumping technology. This should help improve distribution and avoid channeling.

In addition to all these features that we love about all of the Eureka grinders, this Atom Specialty also houses 75mm burrs which not only grind very consistently, but also very fast. At somewhere around 5g/s (depending on your coffee), you can grind a double shot super quickly. If your café is busy, that can be a big advantage.
