Description
Cafiza is a cleaning powder for commercial and domestic espresso machines. It can be used as part of the daily backflush routine, as well as for soaking removable metal parts when dissolved in water.
Concentrated formula eliminates residue in group heads, valves, and lines. Integral to the daily backflush regimen. Recommended for use with a wide range of traditional espresso machines. Also available in tablet form.
