The Mignon Silenzio houses 50mm hardened steel burrs which provide an exceptionally consistent grind for the price point. While at its best in the espresso range, it also does pretty well on coarser grinds, making it a perfect all-around grinder for the space-constrained home barista. It features a “hands-free” portafilter fork, that is removable, allowing you to grind into whatever you choose*. It even includes anti-clumping technology, making it a great companion to any high-end domestic espresso machine.
